1. Unloading and accepting deliveries
Means of transport inspections
We check if the goods were transported under the right conditions including hygiene and safety.
Verification of documents
We verify the documents against the shipment advice and physical delivery of goods – everything must be in order.
Quality and quantity control
We verify if a delivery conforms with the quantity specified on the shipment advice and check if the packaging is undamaged which is essential to keep the goods in perfect condition. If you specifically wish so, we can check the quality of the goods by unpacking the goods to check their quality. Quantity and quality control is essential since it protects you from losses resulting from improper transportation of goods.
Sorting
Delivered goods are sorted according to indexes, batches, expiry dates and other parameters we agreed with you and after that they are stored on the proper means, i.e. pallets, shelves and/or drawers. Thanks to that your goods are always stored orderly!
Palletizing
Bulk deliveries in containers, FTLs or busses are no problem for us – our experienced staff will promptly palletize your goods on the means supplied by us, e.g. pallets, to keep your goods stocked orderly.
Reporting discrepancies
In case of quantity-quality discrepancies we prepare a set of documents such as protocols, lading documents with our remarks and photographs in order to safeguard your claim against the supplier or transport company because we’re always on your side.
Delivery acceptance advice
After the acceptance of a delivery, we send you an e-mail message and in case of integration with WMS LOGIT system – a delivery acceptance document called PZ. This gives you an assurance that your goods have safely reached us.
2. Storage
Storing the goods according to strict rules
We store the goods only according to strict rules, legal requirements and your expectations.
Controlled conditions storage
We store the goods under defined, daily-monitored and stored conditions (temperatures ranging from 5 to 25 C degrees) and humidity (up to 75%) – security of your products is mandatory for us!
Maintenance of your stock
We keep your stock in good shape by maintaining them – we exchange external packaging, we sweep them and offer additional protecting services in case of a longer storage.
Stock control
We additionally control minimum and maximum quantity of your stocks and their expiry dates, which enables you to plan your next deliveries.
Repacking and creating promotional sets
We repack, i.e. we change packaging units into smaller ones and, in case you need it, we can change the outer packing and more. We can also prepare product sets according to your requirement and we label them and add additional documents inside the packaging thus replacing your employees and saving your financial resources.
3. Order completion
Collecting individual stock keeping units according to your order
In order to be precise and meet your needs in full, we prepare shipment units in forms of pallets or parcels according to your order sectioned by product number, batch, date and serial number and we layer each order line on a shipment unit.
Parcel and/or sample preparation from stocked goods
We are always at your service and we prepare parcels and/or samples from the stocked goods right after receipt of your order and afterwards we transport them to a designated address.
Labelling and tagging
We print and label individual product packaging, bulk packaging and even whole transportation units according to your pattern or GS1 thus taking relieving you from this job.
Securing your cargo
We stretch-wrap (transparent, black or with any given pigment – whatever you wish for), bind it with PE tape of different thickness depending on the size and weight of the secured goods, we install heat-shrinkable hoods, collars and other fixed elements protecting shipped goods and, finally, wrap pallets with a tape bearing the logo of your company or of the logistics operator (LOGIT). Safety, safety and, again, safety is of the highest importance to us.
Information for the carrier about the prepared shipment
We have shipment interfaces at our disposal to advise shipping companies about the pick-up of the ready order right after it has been completed. We know that time is money!
4. Loading and deliveries from the warehouse
Control of the means of transport
We check every means of transport according to formal, hygienic and safety requirements thus giving you certainty that your goods will remain undamaged during transportation.
Preparing and issuing proper transportation documents
Delivery notice, pallet receipts, CMR and others according to your wish – we know that it is worth having everything issued in writing.
Loading your goods onto a means of transportation
We carry loading units by means of a forklift into a trailer, we unload bulk packing units in containers and we pass the parcels onto couriers. Fast and efficient.
Delivery notice
Depending on the level of system integration, we advise you of the shipment of the goods so that you can stay in charge of the whole process.
Information on the shipment status
Depending on the choice of a freight forwarder, you can receive an SMS or a link advising you of the shipment status.

We always obey the industry standards, hence we introduced ISO and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) quality systems. On top of that, we remain under constant supervision by District Veterinary Inspectorate and District Sanitary Inspectorate.
The warehouse is ventilated and heated up by gas radiators with range of temperatures from 5 to 25C. Temperatures are constantly monitored and electronically stored for your convenience.
For majority of the year humidity in the warehouse ranges between 45 and 50% never exceeding 70% threshold due to proper insulation of the building. Docs are open only for loading and unloading and they possess safety sleeves protecting the space between a trailer and the inside of the warehouse.

WMS allows us to manage most complex processes relating to handling goods thus providing fast and secure service to our customers. Our WMS is directly linked with IT systems of our carriers and therefore you can enjoy an even faster and more convenient distribution of your goods.
Value-added services, VAS, mean additional services we can provide in logistics.
